停車資訊：因建築物的空間結構限制，我們目前無提供免費停車(也沒有特約停車場)，若有停車需求旅店周邊有許多路邊停車格(晚上20:00-翌日早上08:00AM免費停車)、私人停車場及草悟道公有停車場(累計收費,均無收費上限)，詳細請洽客務前檯人員，謝謝。。

匯款預付3成訂金或提供有效信用卡號作為訂房擔保之用途。

入住時
Upon Check In
請備妥符合此房價之身分證件，如會員憑證、個人名片、員工證、身分證。
Please be prepared to show proof of eligibility for the rate, such as membership, corporate identification card or national ID card.
更改訂房
Modification
若您欲更改訂單，請於入住前2日11:59PM之前辦理。如遇緊急狀況或不可抗力之因素，出發地、目的地其一出現天災、人禍、其他不可抗力因素等以致需當日變更則屬個案處理，由酒店現場操作回復。
You may modify your booking before 11:59PM 2 day before arrival. Force Majeure will be considered individual cases and will apply to your booking if any natural disaster occurs that makes it impossible, prevents you from travelling or staying at the hotel.
訂房取消
Cancellation
雙方同意訂房得於購買後至入住前7日辦理。凡於入住前2日11:59PM之前辦理者，酒店方不向您收取任何費用；凡於入住前2日內辦理者，酒店方將收取首晚實際貨款之百分之百；凡於入住當日 no show，酒店方將收取首晚實際貨款之百分之百。
You may cancel your booking before 11:59PM 2 day before arrival. Please note that we will assess a fee of first night if you must cancel after this deadline as well as no show.
